KhazeenSync ("خزين") is an Egyptian software service that keeps pharmacy stock and prices synchronised with delivery platforms such as Talabat, Vezeeta, and InstaShop. This policy covers the website khazeen.store. Contact us any time at contact@khazeen.store.

What we collectإحنا بنجمع إيه

When you fill in the trial form on this site, we receive only what you type into it: pharmacy name, owner name, phone number, city or governorate, the delivery platforms you already sell on, and your preferred contact time. We also record which advertisement or link brought you to the site, and the date of your submission.

لما تملا فورم التجربة على الموقع، إحنا بنستلم بس اللي انت بتكتبه: اسم الصيدلية، اسم المالك، رقم التليفون، المدينة أو المحافظة، المنصات اللي بتبيع عليها دلوقتي، وأنسب وقت للتواصل. وكمان بنسجّل الإعلان أو اللينك اللي جابك للموقع، وتاريخ الإرسال.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive your phone number and the message you send.

ولو راسلتنا على واتساب بدل الفورم، بنستلم رقم تليفونك والرسالة اللي بعتها.

Why we use itبنستخدمها ليه

To contact you about the free trial, to set up and support your account, and to understand which of our advertisements actually reach pharmacies. Nothing more.

عشان نتواصل معاك بخصوص التجربة المجانية، ونظبّط حسابك وندعمك، ونفهم أنهي إعلان بيوصل فعلاً للصيدليات. مش أكتر من كده.

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with other companies. We never share your sales figures or your catalogue with anyone.

إحنا ما بنبيعش ولا بنأجّر ولا بنشارك بياناتك مع أي شركة تانية. وعمرنا ما بنشارك أرقام مبيعاتك أو الكتالوج بتاعك مع حد.

Your pharmacy dataبيانات صيدليتك

If you become a customer, our agent runs on your own machine and reads your point-of-sale database in read-only mode. We transfer only what a delivery platform needs — product name, barcode, price, and quantity. Connections are encrypted, and stored credentials are encrypted at rest.

لو بقيت عميل، البرنامج بتاعنا بيشتغل على جهازك وبيقرا داتابيز نقطة البيع بصلاحية قراءة بس. إحنا بننقل بس اللي منصة التوصيل محتاجاه — اسم المنتج، الباركود، السعر، والكمية. الاتصالات مشفّرة، وبيانات الدخول المخزّنة مشفّرة كمان.

How long we keep itبنحتفظ بيها قد إيه

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the service. Ask us to delete them and we will, at any point.

بنحتفظ ببيانات الاستفسار طول ما إحنا على تواصل معاك بخصوص الخدمة. واطلب منّا نمسحها في أي وقت وهنمسحها.
